Refund on return
You could get full refund on the follows two situations:
First, when you received your item, there is quality problem and the item cannot be used, the hardware, software or adapters have problem, we will full refund to you.

Partial refund on return
First, if you are not satisfied with your item that you brought from us within a week, you could get partial refund which minus the shipping cost, 10% handling fee, and cost on items activated if the product needs activating.
